Cancellation Policy
  Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice.  This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. 

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call your stylist and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Guarantee Services
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services.  If you are not satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge.  Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis

Child Safety Policy
We love children... some of us even have a few! However children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
